Slowing down songs in a dance mix?

I'm listening to the mix show on 96.5 Kiss FM and I can't help to notice the current mix that's playing all the songs thus far have been slow down. So far: Britney Spears Hold it against me,BEP Dirty Bit,Pitbull T-Pain Drop it to the floor. I know stations speed up songs but slow them down? ???
