Marconi Broadcasting Foundation Classic Rock “I95.1” WWRI-LP Coventry RI will move its programming to DiPonti Communications’ pending acquisition 1450 WPVD/105.5 W288EE West Warwick on Thursday, October 1 at 5:30pm.

W288EE was granted a CP on Friday to move to WWRI-LP’s current tower with 250w/62m. DiPonti, which owns Variety 1230 WBLQ/103.1 W276DF Westerly, is in the process of acquiring WPVD/W288EE from Hall Communications for $110,000.
