Reminder: Valerie on DLR show Monday.

If you missed this earlier someone posted this about Monday's DLR show. Valerie is said to be doing a stint on Roth's show Monday morning. Will she be the good corporate employee and bow down to DLR? Or will she speak her mind if she gets twisted and has a fit?

And if there is an on-air confrontation, is it real or is it a bit?

I give her 2 shows maybe 1 and a half to blow up lol ...and no i dont think it will be a bit if she does blow her top

OK...this is the same woman with the super thick accent who does traffic, gives away dvd's that were rejected by the walmart bargain bin, and would endorse the wings on the back of a horsefly if there were a talent fee...right???

Not that DLR's even qualified to host a morning show, but why her up there with him???
______________

The bigger question: Who the hell cares? Followup question; Will anyone with noraml common sense actually listen?

May I ask just one ... one question?

Who in the heck is ... Valerie?

Or do I even want to know :)?

Here comes the Monkees ...

Valleri. I love my Valleri.

There's a girl I know who makes me feel so good.
And I wouldn't live without her, even if I could.
They call her Valleri.
I love my Valleri.

[Instrumental]

She's the same little girl who used to hang around my door.
But she sure looks different than the way she looked before.
I call her Valleri.
I love my Valleri.

[Instrumental]

Valleri. I love my Valleri.
I love my Valleri.
I need ya, Valleri.

Don't think I have ever been accused if having normal common sense anyway, maybe that's why I wanted to listen (LOL). What I was hoping to hear from the show was the fun of train wreck radio or the cringe radio effect from the possible confrontation.

But as has been the case so far (for me anyway) I couldn't get past the first 10 minutes of DLR's show, so I didn't get to hear if she went off on him, or kissed his ass. From what little I did hear, I would much rather hear her on the radio than Roth.

The first time I heard her in DFW was as Russ's news woman during his KEGL morning show days. She's a good listen as she may start screaming at people and throwing stuff at any time.

Dallas CAN have her....She terrible!

We listened to her this am up her in NYC and frankly she needs to go back and do Traffic. If 'throwing tamtrums" is ALL that she is known for...then she needs to find another career gang. She sounds like a 'squeeky' school teacher and has NO clue about entertainment. I mean it's bad enough that we have to hear DLR on a #1 market here.
PLEASE someone get her a plane ticket back to your city....WITH all the talented female air talent ya'all have down there, they give us her? PLEASE my kid sister could of done a better job. Solid rumors from inside the FREE FM NYC studio's say that Chernoff DOES have some solid female air talents that will be coming in to audition within the next few weeks. One girl that used to be on a alternative station in California and another that used to be on a rock station in Arizona.

Re: Dallas CAN have her... WE'll take her...

Well, if Mr. Roth is any indication of what NYC thinks is entertainment, we'll gladly take Valerie back... see, we like people who can think for themselves and not kiss up to a failed rock star.

Or maybe that's just me...

I think that maybe if the host in question had any talent, then Val woulda sounded a lot better...
______________

"I think that maybe if the host in question had any talent, then Val woulda sounded a lot better"

Your joking right?

I agree with you 150% that Roth BLOWS! But if you're a solid talent, like you claim this Valerie girl is, having a terrible or great host is NO excuse for how one would sound...bottom line. And NO we here in the BIG APPLE know what REAL entertainment is.....and ROTH ain't it. And as for Valerie, SHE HAS NEVER had her own show.....Traffic is it! How can she possibly know how to do radio buddy? Besides it does not take much to think for yourself when your talking about a 3 car pile up on a highway like she's used to. Hey from what I hear about Russ on the air,(VERY good I might ass) why don't you guys try and get that guy hired for our market instead of lame ass Roth.

BINGO! Bingo. DLR sounds like he has had too much access to the hypos in the back of the ems wagon.
