Radio ad prices late Sunday nights

I'm trying to put together a letter to the owner of a radio station to suggest reasons for putting Dawson McAllister Live on the 9pm-12am Sunday night slot. Since late Sunday night is dead time on radio, just curious from radio pros, how much do radio ads normally cost for that time period?

All things are relative to the market, demand, promotion, etc. That said try a rate that is about 60% of what a similar time slot would cost M-F, or 60% of the 6a-mid ROS M-F if that station has such an animal.
