I just wanted to congratulate Sparks and the entire crew at Q98, KQWB-FM in Fargo for their "AMAZING" Spring Book. Triad is fortunate to have a talented programmer like Sparks and he and his crew have done an INCREDIBLE job there. Sparks, I still wonder why you aren't programming in Phoenix! Congratulations to Q98!
