Paper shuffling at CBS, includes WQYK am/fm

Nostalgia

Noticed a flurry of filings regarding reorganization at CBS Radio. Transferring radio assets from NAIRI, Inc, to National Amusements in several markets including LA, Tampa/St Pete, Atlanta, Detroit, ect. Anyone in the know care to comment?
 
I guess this means Cledus T. Judd vicariously qualifies as a "national amusement."
