What went wrong? What did Fox do wrong? What could Fox done differently to keep MUNDOFOX up?
 
Yep. Low ratings and being on low-power affiliates pretty much killed them. Univision (also to a lesser extent, UniMas) and Telemundo were already way established in the Hispanic-speaking market, making it impossible for viewers to switch away from them.
 
They did it back then to ABC, NBC, CBS. I’m pretty sure they could have done something to at least win over ESTRELLA TV and AZTECA.

They had no source for original programming and were not able to recruit skilled management.
