MTV2 --> Univision in Syracuse

I have heard that Univision programming has replaced MTV2 on WOBX-LP 35 and WMBO-LP 60 in Syracuse. Has WBLZ-LP 13 in Syracuse also switched affiliations? Are the new low-power Univision stations rebroadcasting WNYI 52 out of Ithaca, or are they stand-alone satellators?
