Memphis Area LPFMs

The recent filings are in the FCC database now. Looks like we will get a few. I hope the Soulsville application is granted. That would be cool.
 
I see 106.7 WVCD-LP is asking to move into town with 100 watts on 104.9.

That's odd. Unless I'm missing something that channel isn't available. Way too close to 2nd channel WRVR. I guess they can try for a waiver, but there wasn't any mention of that in the application, it seems.

I thought the FCC was allowing 2nd adjacent LPFM's in certain circumstances.

They are, but I thought it required some additional exhibits. I didn't see any in their application. And I wonder if Entercom cares enough to challenge it?
