Looking for a Sage 1822 or a Trilithic EASy

Hello. I would like to start an IP Radio station soon and one of the pieces of equipment that I would like to get for it is an EAS encoder.

What I'm looking for specifically is a Sage EAS ENDEC Model 1822 and/or a Trilithic EASyPLUS/CAST/IPTV. I've been searching on eBay for them and I haven't been able to find a Sage 1822 for months. There's currently an EASyCAST for sale there, but at $800 (not including shipping and tax) I feel that it's priced too high for a legacy EAS encoder.

I am willing to pay up to $200 each + the cost of shipping.

If anyone here has either encoder that they'd like to sell, let me know here I guess.

Thanks in advance.

What kind of geofencing do you plan on having? The only EAS warnings I have ever heard were for local weather. I was surprised when the National Weather Service actually used it for a batch of tornados several years ago. So if you "tone" how many of the potential world wide listeners will it affect?
