Leykis Off the Air In Seattle

One of his longest running affilliates, KQBZ "100.7 The Buzz" signed off this morning at 7:00AM and has been replaced by "100.7 The Wolf", a country station. Meanwhile, BJ Shea, midday personality at "The Buzz" has officially been named as Howard Stern's replacement on 99.9 KISW-FM begining Januray 3, 2006.<P ID="signature">______________

Entercom says he'll be on said KISW at 10pm "for the time being".

Yea, but he's already done libtalk and those sanctimonious peons at AAR and the far-left wing don't want his professional act. Just ask Pacifica how much they loved having him on their LA station.
 
Sorry to hear about Leykis in Seattle; he's one of the few guys in the genre who is talented enough to transcend the "shock jock" schtick...
