Which San Diego/Tiajuana radio stations air "La Hora Nacional" on Sunday evening? I know that all radio stations in Mexico are required to air this goverment program each week.

No San Diego stations run it. All Tijuana stations have to run it.

If the call letters start with XE or XH, they have to run it under Mexican regulatory law.
