KTTF-LP Apparently Testing On Air

This morning in the vicinity of Hwy 290 and the Grand Parkway everybody was hearing NOAA Weather Radio. Unless its a pirate, it looks like 95.3 KTTF-LP is testing under authority of their construction permit.

See video https://youtu.be/uENbz24pqg4

I was getting a good signal at a check earlier this evening from KTTF at my Cy-Fair location which is 13 miles from the transmitter in Rose Hill. The station is running 9 watts at 98 meters, in stereo. Also heard the NOAA weather at the time.

It was NOT on yesterday during a bandscan at the Fairfield Outlets parking lot.

I assume since KTTF is no longer co-channel with KLJJ that both stations might be on their respective frequencies full time, instead of the previously announced timeshare.

Ha ha. Either that, or recording it saying funny stuff to put up on my pt 15 station around the neighborhood in between songs.
Here is a liner I made a while back, with another engine called ETI Eloquence and some sound effects. http://sndup.net/d/52kz/
