KRIT Parker Upgrade

The Chavez Radio Group has filed to increase the coverage of KRIT in Parker. The transmitter site will move to higher ground but on the Calfornia side of the Colorado River border.

Instead of a C3 at -47M HAAT it will be B1 at 209M HAAT. It will now have a 57dBu protected contour instead of a 60 dBu one with the state change.
