Or is it pretty difficult? I'm just doing my two web stations. I just flipped mac2 to the 80's, and 90's, because i like the 60's to the 90's!

It can be fun. It is a lot of work...(depending on your situation) but it can be very rewarding.

For me, I'm a control freak so I have to be in charge...or I just bitch about what the boss is sayin/doin :)

Your mileage may vary but for me, I found that:
1) All the things that are lumped under the "programming" heading are infinitely both more challenging AND more rewarding than anything else about radio
2) "Fun" and "difficult" aren't neccessarily mutually exclusive. Sometimes the fun is in meeting the challenge.
