ALL ACCESS has learned that CLEAR CHANNEL Oldies XHOCL (KOOL 99.3)/SAN DIEGO is flipping to Regional Mexican as LA PRECIOSA, effective SEPTEMBER 1. In the wake of the move, KOOL PD/morning host DAVE MASON is segueing to crosshall sister News/Talk KOGO-A to host that station's morning show; current KOGO-A morning host JEFF PRESCOTT is stepping down to work on a new project for the station.
