Has anyone else have the same problem on FOX tonight? I was watching WWE Smackdown(whereas, in my area it came on approximately 11:30pm after the news due to the Eagles preseason football game which aired three hours earlier) and during each commercial break, some have complete sound with voiceover, but others only have background music without any spoken dialogue. I first noticed during one of the Progressive commercials where there was just ambient background noise but no dialogue from the actors on-screen. It felt like the actors on the commercial(including Flo, the company's mascot) were just lip syncing! There is also a MLB on FOX promo with just background music without any voiceover, also Big Ten football. However, the local inserts have complete sound.
I don't know if it's just the FOX issue on their end, or if it's the fault of my local FOX station. I turned on my portable TV which I often used outdoors and for traveling and had the same issue; just making sure my TV isn't broken.
