KQFO Pasco WA with Regional Mexican, La Raza. Not particularly strong given the 75 mile distance and the ridges in the way.
Only Es log in Yakima has been KGBA Holtville CA (Christian Contemporary). KWFX Woodward OK was heard when I lived in Ellensburg, 7/7/2020.

Hartland, VT:
WPNH Plymouth, NH, fringe signal with active rock.

Meriden, CT:
Nothing but splatter from Hot AC WEZN Bridgeport at 99.9.

Nothing recent (surely WRUM 100.3 Orlando would overshadow them)...

Older logs...

WXYY - Rincon GA - All New Y100 - Hot AC - 2014 (Near Savannah)

WCKT - Port Charlotte FL - Cat Country 100.1 - Country music - 2005

kw - Melbourne FL

East Tennessee; not much with the powerhouse WCYQ and it’s IBOC, but WPTP Chattanooga has occasionally snuck through, more so when Mr. Pirkle owned it.

At one time, this was a prime DX channel here in Rochester NY, but it's slowly filled up over the years. Belleville, Ontario became a regular when it hit the air a decade or so ago, and then more recently a translator for WCGR 1550 came on here in town to dominate the channel.

Wilmington Delaware

One of the few open frequencies in this area. When tropo is in effect WBXB in Edenton NC has been heard.

Grand Rapids, MI area:

Usually WBCH Hastings, MI with country, but in some parts (especially north and west), WVIB Holton, MI comes in with R&B music.

Manistee, MI:

This used to be home to defunct local WRQT/WZTU/WCUZ/WOUF Bear Lake, MI. Before its license had gotten pulled recently, it had spent the majority of the last 20 or so years silent. In its absence, the aforementioned WVIB is heard, along with WSJP Port Washington, WI (Catholic) and WRHN Rhinelander, WI (adult hits). The 100.1 Bear Lake allocation has been moved to 100.7 to make room for a new station (still in the CP stage) on 99.9 in Custer.

Warminster PA(Philly 'burbs):

Usually splatter from local 100.3 WRNB. In tropo, there was WJRZ from Manahawkin NJ and WUFM from Lebanon PA.

South Mississippi:

W261CU Gulfport, MS - translator of WROA 1390 "Merle 100.1"
KYBI Lufkin, TX "Y100" could come in with tropo.

In the past, I could get WJBD-FM Salem, IL from my QTH on a reliable basis. Now it's either HD hash from KATZ-FM St. Louis (The Beat), or Jimmy Swaggart owned KDJR De Soto, MO.

Central Kansas:
Nothing locally

North Iowa:
Have received KUYY/Emmetsburg from time to time, though never on a consistent basis. Did receive KOLV/Olivia a couple times, but only during tropo.

Central Kentucky:
WKQQ Lexington.
If I go west to Louisville, this frequency is home to one of WAKYs 2 translators .
