Hearst has filed to change the primary station for the translator on 101.5 FM from WBAL to WIYY HD-2. It could just be "house-keeping", but I wonder if there are additional changes forthcoming, such as 1090 and 101.5 no longer being a total simulcast to accommodate two live programs simultaneously.
