CP Dismissed per "DA 07-191"

This isn't my application, thank goodness. Nor do I work for the company.

The FCC dismissed an application for a construction permit "per
DA 07-191" this past January.

What is this regulation and what did the applicant do wrong?

Even after 24 years in radio..still things to learn.

AM Auction No. 84 Mutually Exclusive Applications Dismissed for Failing to File or Untimely Filing of Required Settlement Agreement, Engineering Solution, or Section 307(B) Showing

In other words, something didn't get filed as the Auction required, and the CP got dumped. It's important to make sure all of your "t"s are crossed, and "i"s are dotted.

Looks like that applicant had several dismissals in January!
