Clear simply wants more progress on electronic measurement. The only alternative now is Arbitron's PPM. So this sounds like a more of a ush on other broadcasters than on Arbitron.

It does not work that way.

The main incentive is given at placement, not after. Additional incentives are being experimented with to improve diary returns, but not adopted in all markets.

There is no such thing as a "diversified area." And no one gats $60 for a diary.
