Broadcast Tools switcher replacement connectors

Need a little help here...I've lost one of the little green 5-pin Euroblock style connectors from a Broadcast Tools SS2.1 TERM III type switcher. Anyone know of a part # for those where they could be obtained from Digi-Key or the like? Thanks!

In July, I got some of these from Digikey for our Broadcast Tools SS 12.4 switcher.

They are little, green, Euroblock and five position. 3.81mm (.15 inch) pitch.

This should put you on the right track at least.

Oops - Digikey seems to have none in stock. Ditto Mouser.
