A front page article in Sunday's Tampa Tribune details the story of
Bill Apgar, "a disc jockey without a radio show" and seller of Terri Schiavo-related memorabilia on EBay. Has this fellow ever been on the radio in these parts? Anyone know anything?

This little person was my board opp years ago at PRN. I got his butt fired while I was on the air for playing music in my headphones while I was trying to talk to callers.

I gave him the name "Billy The Board opp" (He hates it by the way).

Here's his resume. Also known as "Bill Laurence".

Last time I heard him on local airwaves was when he had bought some time on WTAN. Also heard him call into Schnitt, under the pretense of discussing the topic at hand, and diverge into a tangent about how he couldn't get any TV networks to broadcast the Mr. Bill hypnosis special.

Amusing fellow.
