Big diodes needed

I need some SD200N20PC diodes for my Nautel XR50. They want a fortune for them, and I have seen them for much less. Also would like the reverse polarity versions, the SD200R20PC's.
 
It looks like nobody stocks them but Digi-Key seems to have the best price. Minimum order is 25 for about $1500. You might ask if you can split the order and get 12 of one kind and 13 of the other.
If that price is lower than the Nautel price, I'd go for them. You will eventually use all of them.
 
If they had them. I talked to them today.

I've got an entire diode stack ordered for the XR50, and also repaired the existing one, so I'm OK for now.
