Attraction Media wants to add 3 more Quebec stations to their roster

Attraction Media has applied to take over the assets of Gestion Appalaches (Radio Megantic) who currently control 3 stations and 2 rebroadcasters in the Frontenac region of Quebec.

CFJO 97.3 Thetford Mines
CFJO-1 101.7 Lac Megantic (rebroadcaster of CFJO)
CKLD 105.5 Thetford Mines
CJLP 107.1 Disraeli (rebroadcaster of CKLD)
CFDA 101.9 Victoriaville

The purchase price is 5 million dollars. To comply with the common ownership policy Attraction Media will cease operations of their existing property in Victoriaville CKYQ-1 103.5 and modify the contours of CKYQ 95.7 in Plessisville.
