Anybody remember the KCOP CH. 13 show 'Intelligent Parent' (1960s-1970s)?

Hello,

Does anybody have information on the 1960s-1970s public affairs show 'Intelligent Parent' from KCOP Ch.13? Is there detailed information on 'Intelligent Parent' e.g., list of topics and guests who appeared on the show? Where are these shows archived on video?

From 1959 to 1962, Lenore Kingston hosted a feature called "Purely Personal" that ran regularly on KFWB in Los Angeles. As an amateur radio enthusiast, she appeared on dozens of radio programs and tv shows. She was married to NBC-TV engineer Bob Jensen. On a tribute page---about 40% of the way down at http://www.ki6cm.bappy.com/catalog_1.html ---there is a mention of her appearing on The Intelligent Parent "in the mid to late 1970s." The program was on at least as early as 1967 but I can find no other information about it. So, Michael, at least you now know one guest. That's better than no information at all---but not by much.
 
The Moderator and Producer of 'Intelligent Parent' was Florence Thalheimer. Anybody know if Ms. Thalheimer has something like a PR agency e.g., a spokesperson who may remember 'Intelligent Parent' in detail?

Oh boy, we have the name of the producer! There is a 15-minute video of Thalheimer interviewing a smog expert in 1969. That was when KCOP was owned by Chris-Craft.

Wouldn't it be nice if there was a Yahoo group for fans who want to preserve memories of KCOP's Chris-Craft years? Wouldn't it be nice if you could join the group and ask questions about The Intelligent Parent and maybe get some answers? Wouldn't it be nice if I posted the link?

If the recordings of 'Intelligent Parent' are hard to (or impossible to) locate, is there detailed information (such as a listing) of 'Intelligent Parent' show-dates, topics, and guests who appeared on the show?

Would this information (if it exists) only be known at the Yahoo Group of KCOP's Chris Craft fans, or might this information be in some University archive?
