A groovy little FM is on the brink of death: KBEK super-serves the rural area between the Twin Cities, Duluth, and St. Cloud markets with a fun, free-range format with lost of local news and sports. Owner Colleen McKinney gave a stay of execution after word got out that she was planning to pull the plug Friday, Sept. 30th.
