A New Alt-Country Show?

What would you expect/desire in a weekly 2-4 hour Americana/Alt-Country/Roots show, on your station or in your market, as a programmer or listener?

Your thoughts on:

Length?
When should it air?
Spot load/stopset placement?
1 or 2 hosts?
Features?
How much new chart, recurrent, classic/gold?
Music styles/genres?
Artist interviews/talking content?
Web presence and content?
Should affiliates contribute content?

Is it worthy of developing into a full time format?

...inquiring minds want to know. Thanks in advance for your valued thoughts.

Length? 2-hours
When should it air? Sunday
Spot load/stopset placement? Doesn't matter
1 or 2 hosts? 1
Features? interviews and in-studio performances
How much new chart, recurrent, classic/gold? half new chart, quarter recurrent, quarter classic
Music styles/genres? americana/roots
Artist interviews/talking content? a lot of interviews
Web presence and content? Do you want to be a national show or seem local?
Should affiliates contribute content? sure

Is it worthy of developing into a full time format? Only if you want to be on low-power AM's scattered throughout the south.

Im curious, when you say 'Alt-Country' do you mean Alternative Country? Somthing like David Allen Coes underground stuff from when he was in prison. "I ll only put the tip in" or like Rockabilly? Greaser Punk? Have any comparisons? Watusi Rodeo?
