The former KKOO translator from Payette and more recently Emmett has filed for their license from Bogus with a new primary station of KSRV. Is it on the air? What is the programming?

I don't see a digital notification for KSRV, so are they just simulcasting Bob?
 
I listened to it for a bit today. I've never been much of a sports radio guy, but this NFL season has been pretty exciting. Nice to hear Bob in HD too. Perhaps the other clusters can get off their butts and get some HD stations, but I won't hold my breath.
