I wanna listen to WCBS radio station,connection failure

I bought an internet radio as a gift for my friend in France, he found it's impossible to listen to many stations in USA, such as WCBS (newsradio 880 Am or FM101.1), always shows the connection failed. But it performs well on some other stations.

Does someone know the reasons?
