Kicks 101.5 HD

Has anyone else noticed that Kicks 101.5's RDS and HD signal have been off for several weeks? Does anyone know what's going on?
 
I was just listening to them in the car, and the RDS was on.

I wish I knew something about how RDS worked. On some stations, the song title stays up for the entire song. On Star 94-1, the title stays up for several seconds, and then the wording changes to something like "at work with Heather Branch." On other stations, the song title has appeared a few seconds before the start of the song.
 
They have a new transmitter. They may have moved the old HD tx out to make room for the new one. (Just a guess) But they do have a new transmitter
 
Correction----99.7 has a new TX. Not 101.5. I am getting the transmitter room doors mixed up.
 
WKHX is operating with HD and also has an Urban formatted HD2 playing...maybe for the 97.9 translator?
