When I filled out Arbitron forms with the slogans in the Cincinnati market in the 1990's, the changes showed up next book. Of course that was before PPM.
I think Nielsen Audio uses the format submitted by the station. Maybe 106.7 hasn't updated its information. But David would know for sure.
I've noticed in the past that the ratings tend to take awhile to report slight format changes. For example, extreme format changes like Active Rock > CHR Pop on 96.1 was immediate back in 2012. However, when Star 94 segued into Hot AC from CHR back on 2010, it took well over a year for the books to reflect this. Same with 95-5 the Beat when it segued to CHR Rhythmic in 2001. The books showed it as CHR Pop for a couple of years. I've seen this effect in several other markets as well.
Why is 106.7 still being reported in the ratings as "All News?"
