DJ Metrix who co-hosts the morning show on BOMBA-FM a Hispanic Station in Connecticut posted on the station's Facebook page this morning that he was at "Morning Radio Show Boot Camp" in Atlanta, Georgia this morning. Later he posted a video on the station's website and he was with David Fisch, who co-hosts the morning show on BOMBA's Modern Rock sister station Radio 104.1 WMRQ.

Yes. Lot of major players there.

Contrary to the opinion that there's no farm team, no training, no ability for air talent to learn and grow.

There are several of these things every year in different parts of the country.

Another one just took place in Minneapolis.
 
Interesting! I wondered what was being done to get talent in the pipeline
since so many small market stations are now automated.
