Multiple sources report WPLX-LP 93.3 Pelham is on the air

I'm in Pelham right now and am hearing them with just instrumental music (can't really tell if it's hymns or not) interspersed with simple "WPLX-LP Pelham" ID's.

The signal is spotty (overwhelmed by WSYE right in front of the Pelham Home Depot) so I suspect they're testing rather than broadcasting at this point.

Back in the first LPFM licensing window, there was a group out of Pelham that landed a CP for 105.5 as WXMT-LP. That station was never built, but I wonder if the same people are involved with this new station: Oak Mountain Community Radio vs North Shelby Community Radio - those same vague sounding names that usually mean another satellite-fed Adventist or Catholic relay is on the way.

(By the way, WSYP's webpage has gone 404, but their transmitter is still running. Now it's long taped Black Lives Matter-type speeches and interviews that repeat throughout the day. I can get a weak signal on a car radio from them in certain spots of Homewood and Mountain Brook, but have yet to catch a TOH ID. Sankofa's Twitter page had two brief videos supposedly filmed at their studios.)
