I guess whoever's in charge of making sure that they don't play two different programs at the same time had Independence Day off like most everybody else.
 
Hahaha!! I tuned by station a couple weeks ago that also had two audio feeds layered on top of one another.... i dont remember the frequency though. Idiots.
