Radio Vermont, formed in 1931, has decided to divest the properties after 86 years of continuous ownership.
Included in the divestiture are 5kW WDEV-AM (550) Waterbury, 25kW WDEV-FM (96.1) Warren, 5.4kW WLVB-FM (92.9) Morrisville, 50kW WCVT-FM (101.7) Stowe-Burlington and 3kW WEXP-FM (101.5) Brandon-Rutland.
