When I'm in the Moorestown, NJ mall area, WMGM booms in but the last few weeks, including today there is a Spanish music station blocking them out, is this a pirate or a legit new kid on the block?
 
Dead give away is audio quality. Is it good or quiet and unmodulated? I also think it cannot be a legal or translator, 103.7 is a total mess around this area. So while the FCC is stupid, they're not stupid enough to put a legal station on in this area.
