Not many commercial stations in Lexington. But that's impressive. If the station's HD subs stay in good HD quality, then it is impressive for them to carry the five SD subchannels without hurting the HD quality.

Perhaps the have a good Statmux (statistical multiplexer), apparently other stations manage such. Probably, do see a few artifacts in the video.
However, the above comment, "not many commercial stations in Lexington" is certainly worth noting. In rural areas there are even less watchable commercial stations. Particularily, in Russell Co. (~75 miles SSW), WTVQ is for some, the most reliable major network station to be received. So the extra channels are to be appreciated (even with a small amount of pixellation due to bit-rate clashes among programs.
Very likely, other southern and eastern counties of KY have difficulties with OTA reception, in some cases probably worse than Russell Co.
