Once the sale to Entercom closes, does this mean that the 6 CBS Radio Philadelphia stations will no longer be sister stations and on-air partners to KYW-TV 3 and WPSG-TV 57 ?

Sister stations? No. Two separate companies.

On-air partners? Maybe. Depends on if the two companies decide to continue providing services to each other.
