Main Studio Rule...

Case in point, one of the heirs to the Withers radio group in Illinois died recently, and he was active in the Christian groups around the tri-state area bordering Keokuk, IA. His widow gave EMF a sweetheart deal on a C1 and a C2, both on the same 700 foot tower. (the C2 was separately owned but was always LMA'd to Withers) EMF just recently flipped the C2 to a separate Christian group. Net result, EMF has a nice C1 that covers at least 200,000 people, and they paid stick value or maybe less.
