Just got this email from John Langridge who runs the
excellent 630 meter website:

He is illegally running a CW beacon on 475.06 with his callsign...

If you do know him from one of those groups, do you know how to reach
him? No email listed on QRZ....

I suspect some guys read what they wanted to and think the band is
open. If you dont mind, please be sure to get it out there that the
band has not opened yet."
