WPAT FM CP to 104.7 FM

Was checking radio coverage for Howard Beach, Queens found WPAT 104.7 FM.

Whenever I hear low power stations playing Spanish music I automatically assume it's a pirate station.

Same. That and urban are the two formats 99.999% of pirates have.

Isn't that the low power transmitter that is using 1WTC?

I also noticed when a Country, Alternative/Punk, Metal or Rock formatted pirate gears up, the FCC is right on their butts and shuts them down, hmmmm wonder why???

In Boston, the FCC let Touch 106.1 (urban) hide in plain sight for years as it made tight friends in the mayor's office and became the de facto voice of Boston's African-American community after the demise of WILD. They were finally busted, but I've always suspected that politically prompted foot dragging had been going on.

Racist why can't they be Jewish like the outfit busted in Brooklyn a couple of years ago?
