KDND & Stolz... The saga continues....

This is a case of "I don't like your decision, therefore I'm going to hold my breath and stomp my feet until you hear me."

Very childish. The FCC was very clear in its ruling last week. This matter is adjourned.

In this application, Ed refers to himself as "the former and hopefully future owner of KUDL(FM), formerly KWOD".

KDND-FM officially gone

He is asking for something they've already addressed and denied.

By this memorandum opinion and order, we dismiss and, on an alternative and
independent basis, deny a Petition for Reconsideration (PFR) filed November 28, 2016, by Edward R.
Stolz II (Stolz), of the Hearing Designation Order (HDO) in this proceeding, which declined to permit
him to intervene as a party.1

We also dismiss an Application for Review, filed April 17, 2017, by Stolz,2
seeking review of an order by Chief Administrative Law Judge Richard L. Sippel (ALJ) terminating this
proceeding.3

I wonder what's going to happen next now that the FCC deleted the KDND license, and denied the Petition For Reconsideration and Application For Review filings from Ed Stolz.

This Stolz character sounds like a basket of ham sandwiches short of a picnic. How long until the court tells this guy to beat it? It's history. Unless he has a DeLorean, life is what it is.
