Looking for a Non Commercial HD channel

Or none of us know of one for lease.
With so few operators, it would be better to send a letter by email or by courier to the GM of each cluster, with a copy to the COO of the ownership company, and inquire about the leasing of an HD channel. iHeart, Cumulus, Entercom, CBS, Univision, SBS, Liberman, Mt Wilson, GRC, Salem, Emmis, Entravision and you have nearly every station with better coverage. 12 or 13 emails and you should find out what the market it.
Most will not tell you anything definite until they have credit and business references and proof of ability to pay.
