WWJ stays on top, WNIC gains while WOMC loses to create a tie for 2nd. WCSX and WJR round out the Top 5.

105.1 saw a significant gain from 3.6 to 5.2 and 7th place. Could it have been the addition of local hosts coming, more promotion, some other factor? I guess the next book will tell if this is a blip or if the station has truly established itself as a music leader in the market.

In the battle for country listeners, WYCD held steady at 4.9 while NASH dropped to 3.2. The Ticket had a very slight uptick and is in 10th place. That's the lowest they've been in recent memory. All of the former Greater Media Stations are in the Top 10 and doing well. After being absent from the last 3 ratings periods, 89X reported again with a very lackluster 1.6. They really don't even seem to be trying anymore.

are you MWMetalhead on a different board?

He's right, I'm (thankfully) not him. I do have a Michigan focused radio board but it's not the one MW runs.

Look for a PM from me. Not sure that Frank would take kindly to my promoting another board in this space.
