Tom Brady’s game jersey went missing after the New England Patriots defeated the Atlanta Falcons in the Super Bowl Sunday night, and he still could not track it down as of Monday morning.

“I put it in my bag and I came out and it wasn’t there anymore,” Brady explained. “It’s unfortunate, because that’s a nice piece of memorabilia. If it shows up on eBay or something, somebody let me know. I’ll try to track that down.”

If the jersey was in fact stolen, it goes without saying that somebody made off with a valuable item. Brady is now the only quarterback in NFL history to win five championships and four Super Bowl MVPs. The jersey is likely worth thousands.

Yeah, you can buy replica jerseys from almost any local sporting goods store, or straight off the team's own website.

The story with Brady's jersey is that someone has it for "safekeeping." With as many people as there were in the locker room, surprised that someone did not see something!
 
So five Super Bowl rings aren't enough? Not a story that concerns me. Not taking away anything from Mr. Brady's amazing performance, however grudgingly I might express that sentiment.

Tom Brady’s Super Bowl LI Jersey Found in Possession of Credentialed Media Member

Tom Brady‘s Super Bowl LI game-worn jersey has been found “in the possession of a credentialed member of the international media,” the NFL said on Monday.

The New England Patriots quarterback’s Super Bowl XLIX jersey was also retrieved during the FBI investigation, and was in the hands of the same suspect. That game-worn piece of memorabilia is from 2015, when Brady’s AFC East team defeated the NFC West Seattle Seahawks.

The suspect has not yet been identified publicly.
