    Not job applications, but all their benefits will likely change, they'll have to close out their existing retirement plan, and reset any automatic deductions or auto-pays.

    Usually the job applications simply transfer, along with their seniority.

    The agreement says they get to use it for 20 years. Also KCBS AM & FM.

    $25 million in cuts? Sounds like absolutely everyone is getting fired. What would replace all-news on WCBS, WBBM, KCBS, etc

    Hardly. The CEO of CBS Radio has already said he's leaving. That'll save a bunch. Cumulus promised about the same in "synergies" when they bought Citadel. They did it in about a year without any major cuts.
