Low volume audio on 87.5

Can't really hear what's on but it's in English.

Also hearing something very low on 87.7 but can't tell what it is.
 
Someone close to you running one of these little fm transmitters in their car these can get 1/2 to 3/4 mile range.
 
Check 98.3 there is faint signal on it
