I was on my Grundig scanning to listen to KOIT on 96.5 from Citrus Heights

I got KVGC, When did this come on?

It gets out for a 100 watt FM Translator
 
I put that on the air in early May of 2016. It's on Mt. Zion in Pine Grove. Conditions will vary, and there may be days you don't hear it at all.
