Pandora now open to a SiriusXM takeover after rejecting offer in July

Coming on the heels of SiriusXM's $100 million settlement with The Turtles over pre-1972 music. Where's the money coming from?

Liberty Media owns SiriusXM. I thought this quote from its CEO was interesting: "We think that the free space, whether it be commercial terrestrial radio, or Pandora, is still a very attractive space,"

What was his first option? "Commercial terrestrial radio?" Hmmm. The Justice Department could be very busy next year.
